Integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Canva, OpenAI, Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn)

User dashboards, analytics, and project management tools

Coaching, education, and support through our AI Marketing Dream Team

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure

Providing accurate account and business information

Using GrowthIQ Hub only for lawful business purposes

You agree not to share, resell, or sublicense your account access without written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, AI character designs, training materials, templates, and software are the property of GrowthIQ Hub and protected under copyright law.

You retain ownership of your original content (blogs, images, social posts, etc.) created using the platform. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data as needed to operate and improve our services.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell GrowthIQ Hub’s software, prompts, or character systems without express written permission.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

GrowthIQ Hub’s AI tools (including Carly the Marketing Coach and Sam the SEO Pro) generate content based on your inputs and training data.
While we aim for accuracy and quality, you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.

GrowthIQ Hub is not liable for:

Inaccurate or incomplete AI outputs

Legal, financial, or reputational consequences of published content

Third-party claims resulting from AI-generated materials

Think of your AI team as creative assistants — not legal or financial advisors.

6. Third-Party Integrations

To provide our services, GrowthIQ Hub integrates with trusted third-party providers, including:

WordPress: for publishing content

Canva: for design and media creation

OpenAI: for AI-powered writing and analysis

Google: for authentication, analytics, and other connected services

Facebook (Meta): for social media publishing and analytics

When you connect these tools, you authorize GrowthIQ Hub to exchange only the data necessary to perform the requested actions (for example, posting content or retrieving analytics).

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some GrowthIQ Hub features require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our posted refund policy.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or restricted access to your account.

Upon termination, your access to GrowthIQ Hub ends immediately. Any content published externally (e.g., on your WordPress site or connected accounts) remains under your control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthIQ Hub and its affiliates are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to GrowthIQ Hub shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
